HNTB South Florida TSM&O Section Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
What We're Looking For
Provides both technical and administrative supervision to the section so as to ensure that technical, administrative, direct labor, and schedule targets of the section are met in accordance with applicable professional standards, design control procedures, company procedures, and technical design guides.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Lead final ITS/TSM&O design projects for HNTB's South Florida clients
Provide technical leadership on TSM&O deliverables, TSM&O pursuits, and staff development.
Responsible for delivery and client discovery on assignments with FDOT D6, FDOT D4, Florida Turnpike, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, and other clients.
Participate and contribute to HNTB's emerging mobility solutions projects and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Engineering

Assigns priorities and staff to jobs.
Coordinates time and budget on jobs.
Maintains client contacts to ensure client satisfaction.
Ensures quality control are maintained on project(s).
Typically manages up to 15 employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
11 years relevant experience
2 years supervisory experience
