HNTB Environmental Planning Intern- Summer 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana

What We're Looking For

Under close supervision, assist departments by performing basic assignments in the areas including, but not limited to Science, Planning, Technology. Position is usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis.

Our Indianapolis, IN office seeks an Environmental Planning Intern for Summer 2021.

Relocation and housing are NOT provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 years completion of program

  • Open: Flexible, adapts, and seeks input, new ideas, and learning. Develops creative, imaginative solutions

  • Personal accountability: can be counted on; accomplishes things in a timely manner and on a consistent basis. Follows through on commitments.

  • Positive – Constructively looks for ways to meet objectives. Approach begins with the desired outcome as a given. Has “can do” enthusiasm toward assignments and challenges and confidence in others.

What You'll Need

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assists project team members with various support tasks.

  • Conducts basic research and data collection.

  • Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.

  • Assist in the development of presentation materials and reports.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School/GED or equivalent

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary degree program.
