HNTB Digital Communications Manager in Los Angeles, California

What We're Looking For

Responsible for managing HNTB’s digital presence in alignment with HNTB’s business goals. This position will be responsible for the firm’s social media planning and execution, website strategy, development and implementation; email marketing; mobile app; and other digital efforts.

Primary Focus Will Include:

  • Developing content for use on multiple communications channels.

  • Managing multiple digital communications channels in line with HNTB's strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and how to create content for those platforms

  • Working knowledge of Hootsuite, social media channels, Word Press and SharePoint



What You'll Need

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages and implements HNTB’s social media strategy including managing HNTB’s social media channels, recommending and implementing social media advertising programs, tracking analytics and developing content.

  • Manages and develops HNTB website strategy based on the firm’s strategic plans. Develops content and maintains the firm’s website and analytics. Aligns website with social media strategy and SEO optimization.

  • Develops and implements email marketing, webinars, forum initiatives in collaboration with other communications professionals and helps maintain the contact database.

  • Creates and implements strategy for the HNTB mobile app

  • Develops news content for internal SharePoint site

  • Develops and executes a webinar, podcast, video, audio program on industry topics and builds a network of trusted subject matter experts as presenters on these topics.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or relevant field

  • 6 years of digital communications experience with at least 2 years leading and planning digital communications programs.
