HNTB Senior Marketing Coordinator in Salt Lake City, Utah
What We're Looking For
Responsible for supporting client service teams and pursuit teams with marketing research and strategy, writing/leading proposal and interview preparation for large/complex pursuits. Collaborates with pursuit teams in developing win strategies.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Support local and other Northwest Division pursuit teams in winning new work
Develop strategies to increase local market brand awareness through deployment of established sales and marketing practices
Partner with client service team in developing and implementing client focus strategies
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses a strategic mindset
Organized and hands-on
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications related software programs
What You'll Need
Writes/leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for the most complex and largest pursuits. Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages. May mentor other staff.
Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB.
Organizes and coaches the technical staff in presentation phase.
Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings.
Supports client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings.
May coordinate division public relations (PR) activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for division newsletter, and coordinating project awards and other special PR-related projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or relevant degree
5 years relevant experience
