HNTB Permits/ROW Coordinator in San Jose, California
What We're Looking For
Overall responsibility for utilities and ROW coordination and permitting prior to construction.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Identification of utility interfaces and establishing agreements with utility companies.
Work closely with Real Estate and TOD departments to validate implementation of design requirements and monitor impacts to property.
Coordinate across departments to ensure to for timely processing of all steps prior to property possession. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
Actively manages client budget, schedule, and program; HNTB’s budget and schedule, project communications and documentation for various Right of Way (ROW) projects.
Directs work efforts, reviews work of others in department to satisfy client and legal requirements.
Assigns priorities and coordinates activities of department or section. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Guides decisions by policies, procedures and business plan; provides technical guidance to employees.
Manages, coaches, and develops employees. Establishes goals and objectives, assesses performance and provides on-going feedback. Takes a leadership role in understanding the client needs, balancing needs of HNTB and employees.
Estimates fees, determines scope of work, prepares proposals and contracts for new and existing projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
10 years related experience
In lieu of education, 14 years related experience
